In these challenging times, a household farm often provides many people with the only opportunity to make ends meet. In addition, to improve digestion and nutrient absorption, enzymes should be included in the diet; to help the body fight pathogenic bacteria\u2014acidifiers; to combat mycotoxins (which are almost always present in grain crops)\u2014sorbents, and so on.
