And helping us with this is a fantastic pickup truck carrying a huge \u201cGrand Prix\u201d ice cream on board!<\/p>\n<p>Last week, the \u201cManufacturer of Happiness\u201d brought joy to the residents of the beautiful city of Sumy. Wonderful gifts, balloons, free ice cream, and a chance to win a super prize at the end of summer were received by everyone who crossed its path.
