Project “Agrarian Sumy Region–2014” — with love for Sumy farmers

Surely many of you will agree with us when we say that the future of our Sumy region lies in the depths of its priceless land, in its natural wealth and resources. The Sumy region is truly a rich, inexhaustible, and beautiful land for which agriculture has for centuries been the very foundation of its economy and way of life. Fertile soil, vast fields and meadows, rich forests, numerous rivers—and all of this can be found in our beloved Sumy region!
Recognizing the importance of agriculture for our region, the editorial teams of the newspaper “Panorama” and the website “Vsі Sumy” decided to prepare a special issue entitled “Agrarian Sumy Region–2014.” In this issue, we will talk about the current potential and prospects for the development of agriculture in the Sumy region, its strengths, and the challenges faced by Sumy farmers.

In addition to overview and analytical articles, we have published a map of the agrarian Sumy region, as well as a list of companies engaged in agribusiness within the Sumy region. These companies are our long-standing partners. It is noteworthy that many of them are involved in several types of agricultural activities, which has a positive impact on the overall development of agribusiness in the Sumy region.

We wish all Sumy farmers good health and prosperity and invite them to ongoing cooperation with our publications. By joining forces, agribusiness and the media can achieve significant results that will contribute to the development of our wonderful region.
