In Konotop, a master class in self-defense and mixed martial arts was held for students
Recently, coach of the sports club “Vityaz”, Dmytro Sobchenko, held a master class for students of the Konotop Industrial and Pedagogical Professional College of Sumy State University on the topic: “Rules of Self-Defense and the Basics of Mixed Martial Arts.”
During the event, students were able to visually observe basic techniques that help with self-defense, work productively with the coach, and acquire fundamental knowledge and skills in mixed martial arts.
