In Shostka district, police exposed minors involved in committing a robbery

Recently, in the city of Druzhba, unknown individuals snatched a bag with personal belongings from a passerby and fled. However, they failed to avoid responsibility. Police quickly identified the offenders and tracked them down.

A woman contacted the police for help, reporting that her 69-year-old neighbor had been robbed. Law enforcement officers immediately arrived at the scene.

The victim explained that several days earlier, on one of the city streets, unknown individuals ran up to her, snatched a bag with her personal belongings from her hands, and fled.

During оперативно-search measures, law enforcement officers quickly identified and located the offenders. They turned out to be four minors living in the city of Druzhba.

Investigators, under the procedural supervision of the prosecutor’s office, notified the young offenders of suspicion of committing a criminal offense предусмотренного by Part 4 of Article 186 “Robbery” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The investigation is ongoing.
